Is it free to list my business?
Yes. Eligible Business Owner accounts receive one free business listing on Arkansas Biz Connection.
Can I list more than one business?
Yes. Standard accounts receive one free listing. Business Owners who need to manage additional businesses may receive Multi-Business Access, allowing up to three businesses total.
What businesses can be listed?
Arkansas Biz Connection is focused on businesses located in or serving communities throughout Arkansas.
My business is already listed. How do I manage it?
Open the business listing and select Claim This Business.
You’ll be directed to our Contact form where you can tell us about your relationship to the business. We may request additional information before assigning the listing to your Business Owner account.

Why don't I see “Claim This Business” on a listing?
Claiming is normally available only for listings that are currently unassigned.
If a listing already has an approved Business Owner, the Claim option will not be displayed.

Can I update my business after it is published?
Yes.
Approved Business Owners can update normal information such as hours, phone numbers, websites, descriptions, service areas, social links, and business photos.
Certain changes involving the business's identity, such as its name or categories, may require Admin review.

Can I upload photos?
Yes. Business listings support a primary business image, logo, and additional gallery images.
Is my email address displayed publicly?
The private Customer Inquiry Email associated with a business listing is not displayed publicly.
Visitors may contact your business through the site's inquiry system when available.

How do I report incorrect information?
Open the applicable business listing and select Report This Business.
The Contact form will automatically identify the business you are reporting.

What is a Featured Business?
Featured Business is an optional promotional placement that gives a business additional visibility in prominent areas of Arkansas Biz Connection.
Does advertising guarantee customers or sales?
No.
Featured Business and Hot Spot Biz provide additional exposure, but we cannot guarantee traffic, phone calls, leads, customers, sales, or revenue. Anyone who says they can...is probably not telling you the truth.

Can Arkansas Biz Connection remove a listing?
Yes.
Listings may be suspended, archived, removed, or banned when necessary because of inaccurate information, abuse, policy violations, fraud, eligibility issues, or other administrative reasons.

A business says it is open, but the listing says otherwise. What should I do?
Please use Report This Business on the listing and let us know what appears incorrect.
