These Terms & Conditions govern use of ArkansasBizConnection.com and the services provided through Arkansas Biz Connection.

By using this website, creating an account, submitting a business, claiming a listing, purchasing promotional services, or otherwise interacting with the directory, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the Directory

Arkansas Biz Connection is an independent business directory created to help people discover businesses serving communities throughout Arkansas.

Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or recommendation of any particular business.

Business Listings

Businesses may be added by Arkansas Biz Connection administrators or submitted by Business Owners.

Listing information should be truthful, accurate, lawful, and relevant to the business represented.

Arkansas Biz Connection reserves the right to:

• edit listing formatting;
• correct obvious errors;
• request additional information;
• reject a submission;
• suspend or archive a listing;
• remove a listing;
• ban a business from future listings.

Free Listings

Eligible Business Owner accounts may receive one free business listing.

Additional businesses may require Multi-Business Access or another applicable arrangement offered by Arkansas Biz Connection.

Providing a free listing does not guarantee continued publication or any particular amount of traffic, visibility, leads, or business.

Business Ownership

A business appearing in the directory may initially be managed by Arkansas Biz Connection and remain unassigned to a Business Owner account.

A person claiming a business must have legitimate authority to represent or manage that business.

Submitting a claim does not automatically grant control of a listing.

Arkansas Biz Connection may request verification and may approve or deny a claim at its discretion.

Owner Editing

Approved Business Owners may update routine business information through their accounts.

Certain changes affecting the identity or classification of a business—such as the business name or categories—may require administrative review.

Arkansas Biz Connection may correct, reject, or remove content that violates these Terms.

Images & Content

Users should only upload photographs, logos, text, graphics, or other material they own or have permission to use.

By submitting content for publication, you grant Arkansas Biz Connection permission to display, resize, format, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the directory and the applicable business listing.

You retain ownership of content you legally own.

Prohibited Content

Listings may not contain content that is:

• fraudulent or intentionally misleading;
• unlawful;
• defamatory;
• abusive or threatening;
• sexually explicit;
• malicious;
• infringing on another person's intellectual property;
• designed to distribute malware or harmful code;
• unrelated to the business being listed.

Arkansas Biz Connection may remove prohibited content without notice.

Reporting a Business

Visitors may report listings they believe contain incorrect, outdated, misleading, inappropriate, or otherwise problematic information.

A report does not automatically alter or remove a listing.

Arkansas Biz Connection reviews reports and determines what action, if any, is appropriate.

Banned Businesses

Arkansas Biz Connection reserves the right to ban a business from the directory.

A banned business may be removed from public display and prevented from being submitted or claimed in the future.

Administrative reasons for bans are private and are not required to be disclosed publicly.

Paid Promotions

Optional promotional opportunities may include Featured Business placement, Hot Spot Biz, or other services.

Promotional placement does not guarantee:

• sales;
• leads;
• website traffic;
• calls;
• customers;
• revenue;
• search-engine rankings.

Promotional visibility may rotate with other participating businesses.

External Businesses & Websites

Arkansas Biz Connection contains information about independent third-party businesses.

We do not control the products, services, policies, prices, availability, conduct, or websites of businesses listed in the directory.

Visitors are responsible for evaluating a business before entering into a transaction.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful and accurate information, but business information can change.

Arkansas Biz Connection does not guarantee that every phone number, address, operating hour, service, price, website, or other listing detail will always be current.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available and reliable, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, hosting issues, software updates, security concerns, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily interrupt service.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arkansas Biz Connection is not responsible for losses or damages arising from dealings between visitors and businesses listed on the website or from reliance on information supplied by third parties.

Account Suspension

Business Owner accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, repeated policy violations, unauthorized claims, attempts to circumvent bans, or other conduct harmful to Arkansas Biz Connection or its users.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the website evolves.

Continued use of Arkansas Biz Connection after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
